The issue would also include an offer-for-sale of 1.27 crore equity shares by the selling shareholders, according to the draft red herring prospectus
The company said that the proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised for capital expenditure of ₹129.1 crore to establish new dialysis clinics across the country. An amount of ₹136 crore will be allocated for the prepayment or scheduled repayment of certain borrowings availed by the company.
The 16-year-old start-up has a network of 500 dialysis centres in India, the Philippines, Uzbekistan and Nepal, serving over 33,000 patients annually.
It offers haemodialysis, with capabilities such as home haemodialysis, haemodiafiltration, holiday dialysis, dialysis on call and dialysis on wheels.
As of March 31, 2025, NephroPlus had 5,068 dialysis machines and had performed over 3.30 million treatments during 2024-25, a statement said here on Monday.
