Concord Enviro Systems, a company specializing in integrated solutions for industrial wastewater re-use and zero liquid discharge, is set to be listed on the stock market today. The company’s initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed 10.67 times, indicating strong investor interest.

The issue price for Concord Enviro Systems has been set at ₹701, at the upper end of the price band of ₹665-701. Market reports suggest that the stock may debut at a premium of ₹55-60, or 7-8% over the issue price.

The IPO attracted significant interest from institutional investors, with the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion oversubscribed by 17.32 times. The non-institutional investor (NII) and retail investor portions were also oversubscribed, at 14.20 times and 5.56 times, respectively.

Prior to the IPO, Concord Enviro raised ₹150.1 crore from 13 institutional investors through the anchor book. The IPO consisted of a fresh issue worth ₹175 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) worth ₹325.33 crore, with participation from reputed investors such as ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra AMC, and Morgan Stanley.

The proceeds from the IPO will be used to expand the company’s operations, including setting up a new assembly unit for water treatment systems and expanding manufacturing facilities. Concord Enviro Systems has a global presence, exporting its solutions to regions in North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

In conclusion, Concord Enviro Systems’ upcoming listing is expected to attract significant attention from investors, given the strong demand seen during the IPO. The company’s focus on sustainable water management solutions and its impressive growth prospects make it a compelling investment opportunity in the environmental sector.
