His visit comes ahead of a significant Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meeting, taking place at 4 PM today, to discuss leadership and organizational matters amidst rising political activity.

This meeting follows the acceptance of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s resignation by Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot, along with the immediate dissolution of the Council of Ministers. The Governor has requested Siddaramaiah to remain as caretaker Chief Minister until a new arrangement is established.
