Tata Motors Share Price Holds Steady, Plans ₹2,000 Crore NCD Issue.

Tata Motors stocks are in focus today as the company’s board has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹2,000 crore by issuing securities on a private placement basis. The issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) was approved by the Mumbai-based auto major, although the reasons for the fundraising were not specified.

Recently, Tata Motors announced a price increase for its passenger and electric vehicles starting in April, but did not disclose the extent of the increase.
