NMDC’s Interim Dividend Boosts Shares by 2%

The trading price of NMDC Limited’s shares on the NSE was ₹66.22, showing an increase of ₹1.31 or 2.02 per cent at 10.40 am today.

NMDC Limited, the leading iron ore producer in India, has announced the declaration of its first interim dividend of ₹2.30 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. This decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting on Monday, March 17, 2025.

The dividend of ₹2.30 per share is applicable to equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each. It will be distributed to shareholders whose names are listed in the Register of Members or the records of Depositories as beneficial owners as of Friday, March 21, 2025, which has been set as the Record Date.

In accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, NMDC will ensure the payment of the dividend within the stipulated timelines.
