Rosmerta Digital Services Ltd has filed a lawsuit against Ola Electric, alleging default on a payment of around ₹18-20 crore. Ola Electric Mobility has refuted the claims, stating that it will take necessary steps to protect its interests.

Blackstone is set to acquire a 40% stake in Kolte-Patil Developers for Rs 1,150 crore. The investment firm will acquire a 14.3% stake through a preferential issue and another 25.7% stake from the promoters. Blackstone will also launch an open offer to acquire an additional 26% stake.
