Veranda Learning Solutions has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras to develop competitive exam preparation courses. The company’s shares were trading at ₹240.83, up by 0.26 per cent on the NSE today.

Courses developed through this partnership will be offered on the SWAYAM Plus platform, a digital learning initiative by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with IIT Madras. The aim is to launch these courses in the coming months and expand into other educational domains later, with a specific focus on students in tier-2 and tier-3 towns.

Prof. R. Sarathi, Dean of Planning at IIT Madras, stated that the collaboration with Veranda Learning will enhance the learning experience for thousands of students. Rajesh Pankaj, Chief Program Officer of Veranda Learning, emphasized the company’s commitment to making quality education accessible to all.

Established in 2018 by the Kalpathi AGS Group, Veranda Learning Solutions has grown to become a publicly listed education company with interests in test preparation, vocational training, and software upskilling. This collaboration with IIT Madras marks a significant step towards bridging the education divide and providing affordable educational resources for skill development.
