Cyient Semiconductors has entered into a strategic partnership with Anora to enhance turnkey test and validation solutions for semiconductor products. This collaboration will lead to the establishment of a new semiconductor validation and production test facility in Bangalore, India.

The alliance combines Cyient Semiconductors’ expertise in custom ASIC/ASSP and intelligent power solutions with Anora’s capabilities in semiconductor test and validation services. Together, the companies aim to provide comprehensive solutions that cover architecture, design, silicon bring-up, qualification, and testing.

The Bangalore facility will be equipped with clean room capabilities and advanced production equipment, including probers, engineering and production handlers, automated test equipment platforms, and thermal solutions. This new infrastructure will complement Anora’s existing clean room facility located in Allen, Texas.

“Semiconductor companies are looking for fewer hand-offs and more integrated partners,” said Suman Narayan, CEO of Cyient Semiconductors. The partnership aspires to minimize inefficiencies and delays that often occur when collaborating with multiple service providers.

Hari Chandran, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Anora, remarked that the collaboration will allow customers to “move faster, reduce risk, and achieve production readiness with confidence” by merging design capabilities with post-silicon validation and test services.

Anora, founded in 2008, has successfully completed over 2,800 projects for more than 50 global clients. In addition, Cyient Semiconductors operates design centers in India, Belgium, and the United States, catering to various sectors including data centers, robotics, automotive, and industrial automation.

As of 3:13 PM, shares of Cyient Limited were trading at ₹1,271.30, an increase of ₹49.20 or 4.03 percent on the NSE.
