Ameenji Rubber Ltd., a producer of industrial rubber engineering products serving the railways, infrastructure, and construction sectors, officially listed its shares on the BSE SME Exchange on Monday.

The listing followed a successful subscription, with the company’s SME Initial Public Offering (IPO) receiving a 2.12 times subscription rate. A bell-ringing ceremony took place at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) office in Hyderabad to commemorate the start of the company’s trading.

“This marks the first-ever bell-ringing ceremony conducted at the Hyderabad office of the BSE,” the company announced.

Ameenji Rubber had launched its SME IPO within a price range of ₹95-100 per share, ultimately raising ₹30 crore by offering 30 lakh shares at the upper end of the price spectrum.
