Krystal Integrated Lands High-Profile Facility Management Contracts

Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) has recently secured major contracts with key Indian infrastructure organizations, the company announced today. The Mumbai-based facility management firm has inked deals with the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL), and Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited (MMMOCL).

As of 12.35 pm today, the shares of Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) were trading at ₹646.75, showing an increase of ₹4.80 or 0.75 per cent on the NSE.

The contracts encompass a wide range of services in various critical infrastructure sectors. For AAI, KISL will be responsible for providing housekeeping services at Aurangabad Airport, which includes security, safety, building maintenance, and engineering support. MIAL has entrusted KISL with landside security services at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, further expanding the company’s presence in the aviation sector.

Furthermore, KISL has secured an extension of its Station Attendant and Shift Supervisor contract with MMMOCL, effective from February 19, 2025. This extension covers operations at 30 metro stations on Metro Line 7 and Line 2A, ensuring seamless passenger services.

Presently, the company manages operations at 2,487 locations across India, with a frontline staff of approximately 44,000. KISL has exhibited consistent growth, expanding its customer base from 262 in fiscal year 2021 to 369 in 2024, serving a diverse range of sectors such as healthcare, education, public administration, airports, railways, and corporate environments.

CEO Sanjay Dighe emphasized that these contracts underscore the company’s dedication to delivering top-notch facility management solutions across critical infrastructure sectors.
