16th May 2026 Live Updates: Quarterly Results Announcement

On May 16, 2026, numerous companies are announcing their Q4 results. Key updates include:

Aaron Industries Reports Net Profit Decrease

Aaron Industries Limited declared a net profit of ₹679.74 lakh for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, down from ₹824.32 lakh a year prior. The company also proposed a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share, pending shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Revenues grew to ₹9,200.50 lakh in FY26 from ₹7,793.05 lakh in FY25, marking an approximate 18% increase. However, profit before tax slightly decreased to ₹1,142.12 lakh from ₹1,186.36 lakh. Total expenses rose to ₹8,078.59 lakh from ₹6,628.67 lakh, driven largely by an increase in material costs.

Amber Enterprises Achieves Revenue Growth

Amber Enterprises India Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹12,186 crore for FY26, an increase of 22% over the previous year. Operating EBITDA also rose by 22% to ₹970 crore. The adjusted profit after tax stood at ₹338 crore, reflecting a similar percentage increase. For Q4 alone, revenue was ₹4,148 crore, a 10% rise year-on-year. The company expanded its electronics business through strategic stake purchases and land allotments for new manufacturing facilities near Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh.

Symphony Limited Faces Significant Declines

Symphony Limited faced a substantial revenue drop of 28% for FY26, bringing consolidated revenue down to ₹1,131 crore from ₹1,576 crore. EBITDA decreased dramatically by 60% to ₹128 crore. The decline for the March 2026 quarter was also notable, with consolidated revenue down 31% to ₹338 crore. The downturn was attributed to a high base effect from the prior year and cautious domestic channel partners. Additionally, Symphony reported significant impairments related to its Australian subsidiary, Climate Technologies Pty Ltd.

Balrampur Chini Mills Reports Mixed Results

Balrampur Chini Mills Limited (BCML) recorded a 6.67% revenue increase to ₹1,603.99 crore for Q4FY26. However, comprehensive income dropped by 30.25% to ₹157.23 crore. The company attributed the profit decline to higher sugarcane prices, which pressured margins. Full-year revenue was up by 15.80% to ₹6,271.15 crore, yet total comprehensive income fell by 13.33%.

Financial Struggles for Celebrity Fashions

Celebrity Fashions Limited reported a net loss of ₹15.72 crore for FY26, though this was an improvement from a loss of ₹18.26 crore the previous year. Revenue increased slightly to ₹172.06 crore from ₹165.26 crore. The company faced elevated total expenses due to the impact of U.S. tariffs, which forced price reductions that affected overall profitability.

Arvind Limited Reports Profits and Dividend Declaration

Arvind Limited indicated a 6% increase in Q4 profits to ₹160 crore and announced a ₹4.50 per share dividend for FY26.

ITC Hotels Achieves Profit Growth

ITC Hotels announced a 23% increase in net profit to ₹317 crore for Q4. The company has plans to acquire Zuri Hotels and Resorts for ₹205 crore.

Tata Steel’s Profit Doubles

Tata Steel reported a profit more than doubling to ₹2,965 crore for Q4, accompanied by robust revenue growth and a ₹4 per share dividend announcement.

As various companies provide updates through their quarterly results, the financial performance indicators indicate a mix of growth and challenges in various sectors as of mid-May 2026.
