Brightcom Group has formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Project DYNAMO, Inc., a veteran-led humanitarian organization renowned for its high-risk evacuations and disaster response in conflict zones. The MoU entails Brightcom’s defense division integrating and deploying command and decision-support platforms designed to improve crisis response, evacuation coordination, and disaster recovery, thereby bolstering national preparedness and civilian resilience during emergencies.

NPST, a prominent digital banking and payments technology company, has successfully integrated with NPCI’s latest solutions at GFF 2025 as part of the NPCI Partner Program. This integration enables banks and payment platforms to utilize enhanced authentication, on-boarding, transaction management, and interoperable payment functionalities, significantly improving the digital banking experience for millions of users.

Subex, recognized as a global leader in AI-native telecom solutions, has been selected by a leading telecom operator in the Netherlands to provide a unified platform for mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) billing and wholesale partner settlements. This engagement builds on an existing relationship that encompasses various services including Routing, Interconnect, OTT, SMS, Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), and Wholebuy Billing. The services will be managed end-to-end from Subex’s UK data center.

AccelerateBS India Ltd has entered a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding regarding a potential acquisition of a target company based in the United States via the company or its subsidiaries. The transaction’s progression is contingent on successful due diligence, finalization of a definitive agreement, and the necessary regulatory and third-party approvals.

Lloyds Engineering Works has partnered with FlyFocus to co-develop and manufacture the Defender Sigint UAV, an advanced drone platform intended for surveillance and intelligence operations.
