Dev Karvat, Founder and CEO of ASEGO, Shares His Daily Routine

Dev Karvat begins his day early, typically engaging in a brief cardio session, which may include a walk or cricket practice. This routine not only promotes mental clarity but also sets a positive tone for the day.

With his two sons pursuing professional cricket careers, weekends are largely dedicated to the sport. Karvat also participates in cricket with his company team, the Asego Archers, adding a lively and active element to his schedule.

In terms of nutrition, Karvat adheres to a straightforward diet, favoring home-cooked meals throughout the week. He maintains a disciplined eating approach but allows for indulgence on weekends and during travel, often exploring local cuisines in cities like Mumbai and beyond.

Given the demands of frequent travel, he emphasizes the importance of remaining active in different environments. A quick workout or simply staying on his feet helps him maintain consistency, while exposure to various cultures reinforces his self-discipline.

To conclude his day, Karvat opts for an early, light dinner, which contributes to better sleep and sustained energy levels. Evenings are reserved for relaxation, where he enjoys listening to music and cherishing quality time with his family, often through board and card games.
