Karan Chopra, Chairman and Co-CEO of Table Space, shared his daily routine which includes golf, diet, gym, family time, and unwinding with his son.

Golf is where he finds balance and enjoys quiet moments. He tries to play at least once a week in the early mornings.

His diet is focused on clean eating without sacrificing enjoyment. He prefers home-cooked meals that are simple and nutritious, starting his day with eggs and fruit.

Hitting the gym twice a day is essential for him, helping to reset and manage stress through strength training, cardio, and functional workouts.

Family time in the evening is non-negotiable for Karan, where he enjoys a light meal at home and spends time reading to his two-year-old son, Kabir, before bedtime.

Reading to his son is a cherished moment for him, where they get lost in stories and appreciate the simple joys in life.

Overall, Karan’s routine revolves around his love for golf, focus on clean eating, regular gym sessions, quality family time, and unwinding with his son through bedtime stories.
