Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has successfully sold residential inventory worth more than ₹1,000 crore at its Godrej Evergreen Square project in Hinjewadi, Pune, the company announced today. The Mumbai-based developer managed to sell 1,398 homes covering a total area of approximately 1.23 million square feet.

The shares of Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) were trading at ₹1,996.70, up by ₹9.65 or 0.49 per cent on the NSE at 10.15 am.

Launched in November 2024, just four months after acquiring the land, Evergreen Square has emerged as GPL’s most successful project launch in Pune in terms of both sales value and volume. The project has a developable potential of about 2.41 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of around ₹2,045 crore.

Situated in Hinjewadi, the project enjoys close proximity to established infrastructure such as schools, healthcare facilities, retail outlets, and entertainment venues. The area also offers connectivity to major highways and will be serviced by a metro station located just two minutes away from the development.

“This has now become the best-ever launch in Pune residential real estate,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, in a statement released by the company.

Godrej Properties, a part of the 128-year-old Godrej Industries Group, was ranked as the largest developer in India by the value of residential sales for FY 2024 and has received numerous industry accolades for its sustainability initiatives.

The project was published on February 27, 2025.
