Angel One has reported a data breach to the exchanges after receiving alerts from its dark-web monitoring partner on February 27. The breach involved unauthorized access to the client’s data and compromised some of Angel One’s AWS resources. The company has taken immediate action by changing all related credentials and engaging an external forensic partner to investigate the incident.

In a statement, Angel One reassured its clients that their securities, funds, and credentials are secure and unaffected by the breach. The company is continuing to investigate the full impact of the breach and has committed to taking necessary actions to safeguard its clients’ interests.
