The Times Internet Half Marathon 2026 attracted runners from across the nation, each bringing unique personal stories to the event. Fitness aspirations, personal challenges, and lifelong goals were among the diverse motivations that propelled participants forward. The race epitomized the results of dedication, hard work, and resilience.

Yashika Aneja emerged as the winner with a chip time of 00:27:14. At 32, Aneja’s fitness journey is characterized by resilience and rediscovery. After nearly a decade in fitness, she restarted her routine following the birth of her child four years ago. Aneja returned stronger, regaining her confidence and reigniting her passion for fitness. Now, she trains consistently two to three times per week while balancing her role as a businesswoman in the clothing industry and her enthusiasm for yoga. For her, running transcends fitness; it embodies community, motivation, and self-improvement. At the Times Internet Half Marathon, she conveyed an empowering message to mothers, stating that nothing should deter them from prioritizing themselves.

Upasna secured the runner-up position with a chip time of 00:28:19. Her performance was characterized by confidence and consistency, reflecting the discipline of a committed athlete. Upasna’s impressive finish underscored the focus and preparation she brought to the race.

Arunima Arora finished as the second runner-up with a chip time of 00:28:38. Her performance showcased exceptional determination, as she maintained a steady pace and achieved a strong finish. Arora’s results illustrated the dedication and competitive spirit essential for pushing personal limits.

The category at the Times Internet Half Marathon highlighted that the most meaningful runs are often fueled by personal motivations.
