Pharma Stocks to Watch on Friday: Key Trends for November 28, 2025

Emcure Pharmaceuticals has said that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Department conducted a search and inspection at the company’s offices between November 24 and 26. The operation was carried out under Section 67 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Emcure said it cooperated with officials throughout the proceedings, providing documents, clarifications and all information sought by the department.

The board of Bajaj Healthcare has approved the appointment of Shreekumar Shankarnarayan Nair as chief operating officer (COO) with effect from November 27, 2025. Nair, who holds a bachelor of science degree from SIES College, Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Materials Management from Mumbai University, brings over 40 years ofeadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having served in senior roles at Alembic and Glenmark.
