Godrej Properties Posts Record Q2 Profit with 64% Surge in Booking Value

Godrej Properties Limited reported its highest-ever second quarter net profit of ₹405 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a 21 per cent year-on-year increase. The Mumbai-based real estate developer’s booking value surged 64 per cent to ₹8,505 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

The company sold 4,522 homes spanning 7.14 million square feet during the quarter. For the first half of FY26, booking value reached ₹15,587 crore, up 13 per cent year-on-year, with net profit touching ₹1,005 crore. This marks the third consecutive quarter where GPL exceeded ₹7,000 crore in booking value.

Total income for Q2 grew 39 per cent to ₹1,867 crore, while EBITDA more than doubled to ₹614 crore from ₹282 crore in the same period last year. The company has achieved 48 per cent of its annual guidance of ₹32,500 crore in booking value for FY26.

Four major markets—Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, National Capital Region, and Hyderabad—each contributed over ₹1,500 crore to quarterly bookings. Key launches included Godrej Regal Pavilion in Hyderabad, which generated ₹1,527 crore in bookings.

Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej noted the company’s quarterly bookings now exceed its entire FY22 annual bookings, reflecting significant scale expansion over the past three years.

The shares of Godrej Properties Limited were trading on the NSE today at ₹2,198.40 down by ₹94.80 or 4.13 per cent at 3.05 pm.
