Delhivery Ltd Grants 11.79 Lakh Shares as Employee Stock Options

Delhivery Limited has recently issued 11,79,486 equity shares as a result of vested employee stock options, the company announced in a regulatory filing. This allocation was approved by the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee on March 10, 2025.

The current trading price of Delhivery Limited shares on the NSE is ₹254.80, showing no significant change.

The allotment consists of 3,24,337 shares from the Employee Stock Option Plan 2012, 6,89,049 shares from ESOP II 2020, and 1,66,100 shares from ESOP III 2020, all with a face value of Re. 1 each. With this allotment, the company’s paid-up share capital has increased from ₹74,44,01,993 to ₹74,55,81,479, with the newly issued shares having equal standing with existing equity shares.

Various exercise prices were applied across the different plans, ranging from as low as Re. 0.10 to ₹29.85. The total proceeds from these exercises amount to ₹32,54,439.25. Delhivery Limited assured that the allotment adheres to SEBI regulations concerning share-based employee benefits, and the diluted earnings per share after this issuance is ₹0.50, based on the company’s Q3FY25 earnings.
