Anya Polytech & Fertilizers IPO: 8.90x Oversubscription on Day 1, To Subscribe or Not?

Any Polytech & Fertilizers Limited, a manufacturer of HDPE & PP bags, Zinc Sulphate Fertilizers & Micronutrient Mixtures for agricultural needs, has announced the opening of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on December 26, 2024. The company aims to raise ₹44.80 Crore through the issuance of 3,20,00,000 equity shares, which will be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

The IPO has a price band of Rs 13 – Rs 14 per share, with a face value of Rs 2 each. The equity share allocation includes segments for QIB Anchor Portion, Qualified Institutional Buyers, Non-Institutional Investors, Retail Individual Investors, and Market Maker. The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for various purposes such as capital expenditure towards plant & machinery, working capital requirements, setting up a new project in a subsidiary company, and general corporate purposes.

Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager to the Issue, while Skyline Financial Services Private Limited is the Registrar to the Issue. Yashpal Singh Yadav, Managing Director of Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Limited, expressed his excitement about the IPO journey and the company’s future growth prospects.
