In recent news, the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing has garnered strong interest from investors, with the subscription reaching 3.82 times on the second day of the offering. The IPO, which aims to raise ₹500 crore at a price range of ₹745-785, has received bids for 1.79 crore shares against the offered 47.04 lakh shares.

The company, founded in 2016, specializes in engineering solutions for aerospace, defense, energy, and semiconductor industries. Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing offers a wide range of products, including aero tooling, ground support equipment, electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, and precision components. Their capabilities include “build to print” and “build to specifications” services, supplying high-precision components to major OEMs globally.

The IPO includes a mix of fresh issue and offer-for-sale by promoters and selling shareholders, with anchor investors contributing Rs 149.55 crores a day before the opening of the issue. Leading brokerage firms have given a “Subscribe” rating to the IPO, citing the company’s strong financial performance, niche focus on aerospace and defense, export-driven model, and planned capacity expansions in high-potential sectors like semiconductors and renewable energy.

With Four Bridge Capital assisting Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing on their IPO, and Anand Rathi Advisors Limited and Equirus Capital Private Limited as the book-running lead managers, the company is poised for growth and promising long-term investment potential.

In summary, the IPO of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing has generated significant interest from investors, reflecting confidence in the company’s business model and growth prospects in the aerospace and defense sectors. If you are considering investing in the IPO, be sure to conduct thorough research and consult with financial advisors to make informed decisions.
