Everest Industries has informed the exchanges that the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF & CC) has granted the required amendment to the Environment Clearance (EC) regarding the reduction in Everest Industries Limited’s land area. Therefore, the timelines for execution of the sale deed mentioned in the term sheet shall be read accordingly, and the second tranche of payment of consideration by G Square Realtors Private Limited (G Square is one of the top real estate developers in Tamil Nadu) will now be received by the company. The execution of the sale deed should be completed within 4 (four) months from the date of execution of the Term Sheet or 3 months from the date of receipt of Environmental Clearance, whichever is later. Further, the parties may extend the timelines before the expiry of the term by mutual consent.

Samhi Hotels Ltd, a prominent branded hotel ownership and asset management platform in India, has received formal confirmation from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) granting an extension to the development timeline for its marquee hotel project in Navi Mumbai. This approval clears the way for SAMHI to commence development of a landmark, dual-branded hotel comprising ~700 rooms near the Navi Mumbai International Airport and DY Patil Stadium, with Phase 1 planned for ~400 rooms.

The board of Sanofi India, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Deepak Arora as the Company’s Managing Director with effect from October 27, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders and the Central Government.

Hexaware Technologies Ltd has stated a patent lawsuit filed in the United States by Natsoft Corporation and its affiliate, Updraft LLC, against Hexaware Technologies Ltd and its subsidiary, Hexaware Technologies Inc. The company denies all allegations in the lawsuit and believes these claims are without merit and that it will be vindicated in this litigation on all counts. The company does not expect this lawsuit to have any material financial or operational impact.

Shree Hari Chemicals Export Ltd has announced that the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority has granted Environmental Clearance (EC) to Shakambhari Dyechem Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, for the manufacturing of Synthetic Organic Chemicals and Dye Intermediates.

Dilip Buildcon has been declared the L-1 bidder for the “4 laning of Paramakudi to Ramanathapuram Section of NH49 New NH87 in Tamil Nadu” project, with an order value of Rs 879.30 crore excluding GST. The project will be executed on a Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) basis, covering a length of 46.665 km

The All India Consumer Products Distribution Federation (AICPDF) has directed all distributors of Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) across states to refrain from accepting or pursuing sales targets imposed by the company and to collectively deny achieving them. This comes after the company failed to address grievances raised by distributors, including issues related to working capital and delays in damage settlements, AICPDF claimed. The body had launched ‘Salt Satyagraha’ on October 13 to press for these demands.
