The acquisition of Lotus Tele Infra Private Limited by Suyog Telematics Limited for ₹13.5 crore is a significant move that will expand Suyog’s presence in the telecom infrastructure market. With this acquisition, Suyog will add 120 telecom sites in Delhi and NCR region to its portfolio, allowing it to cater to major telecom operators like Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio.

The strategic acquisition aligns with Suyog’s growth plans in the Indian telecom infrastructure market. By increasing its tenancies and sharing sites with other mobile operators, Suyog aims to leverage the acquisition to enhance its market position and drive further growth in the industry.

In addition to the acquisition, Suyog Telematics also announced plans to raise ₹270.75 crore through a combination of fully convertible equity warrants to promoters and equity shares to non-promoters. This fundraising initiative will provide Suyog with the financial flexibility needed for expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancement, further strengthening its position in the market.

Overall, the acquisition of Lotus Tele Infra Private Limited and the fundraising plans reveal Suyog Telematics’ commitment to growth and innovation in the telecom infrastructure sector. With a strong focus on strategic investments and expansion opportunities, Suyog is well-positioned to capitalize on the evolving needs of the industry and drive sustainable growth in the future.
