Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (NSE, BSE: NUVAMA) has reported impressive financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company showed robust growth across its various segments, with profits surpassing ₹300 crore for the first time in its history, driven by strong performance in Wealth Management, Asset Services, and Capital Markets.

Wealth Management Performance

Nuvama’s Wealth Management segment has emerged as a strong performer, with revenues reaching ₹447 crore, marking a year-on-year increase of 19%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for this segment stood at ₹149 crore, a 20% rise compared to the same quarter last year. The company’s client assets in Wealth Management grew by 12% to ₹3,63,892 crore, reflecting a consistent increase in customer trust and engagement.

Within Wealth Management, Nuvama Wealth achieved revenues of ₹250 crore (13% YoY growth) primarily through its Multi-Purpose Investment Solutions (MPIS), which recorded 20% growth in revenues. Importantly, Nuvama Private also performed well, generating ₹198 crore in revenues—up by an impressive 27% YoY—with PBT reaching ₹59 crore (22% YoY growth). The strong traction indicates a healthy demand for both asset management and investment advisory services.

Asset Management and Capital Markets Developments

Nuvama’s Asset Management division reported a management fee of ₹22 crore, growing by 24% YoY, alongside a closing Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹13,261 crore—up by 12%. The company successfully closed its PRIME fund, raising nearly ₹4,000 crore significantly above the initial target of ₹3,000 crore, due to strong investor interest.

In the Capital Markets segment, although revenues remained flat YoY, the focus on building a diversified platform paved the way for resilience during volatile market conditions. The total PBT for Capital Markets increased to ₹269 crore, up 19% YoY. Client assets in Asset Services reached ₹1,58,986 crore, marking a significant 25% growth. This reflects Nuvama’s strategy of deepening client engagement and expanding service offerings in the industry.

Company’s Strategic Vision and Future Outlook

President and CEO Ashish Kehair emphasized that Nuvama’s strong quarterly performance indicates the resilience of its diversified platform. He stated, “We are pleased to begin FY27 on a strong note, delivering our highest-ever quarterly profit exceeding ₹300 Cr.” The company is focusing on strategic investments in technology and human resources while pursuing enhancements in their client-centric offerings.

Kehair also highlighted the group’s initiatives in offshore wealth management and AI-enabled productivity tools aimed at improving service delivery. As the financial sector continues to evolve, the value of independent, full-platform services is becoming more evident, particularly in light of increasing customer expectations and regulatory enhancements.

What This Means

The financial results from Nuvama Wealth Management highlight the growing demand for comprehensive wealth management services in India. With an increasing number of affluent households and a rising interest in investment, the financial services landscape is expected to witness further growth driven by strong client relationships and innovative solutions.
