Raghav Chadha News: Seven Rajya Sabha MPs to Merge with BJP
Rajya Sabha MPs Raghav Chadha, Ashok Mittal, and Sandeep Pathak announced on Friday that they will resign from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and merge with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
While the formal details of their transition remain uncertain, a video has surfaced showing the MPs arriving at the BJP headquarters shortly after the announcement.
In addition to Chadha, Mittal, and Pathak, four other Rajya Sabha MPs are also set to leave AAP and join the BJP, according to Chadha’s press conference. The additional MPs identified by Chadha include Harbhajan Singh, Rajinder Gupta, Vikram Sahney, and Swati Maliwal.
This move marks a significant shift in allegiance within India’s political landscape.
