Manchester United will face Brighton in the English Premier League at Old Trafford in Manchester, United Kingdom on Sunday at 2pm (16:00 GMT).

After a thrilling 3-1 win against Southampton, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim cautioned that the team’s season will continue to be a “rollercoaster” ride as players adjust to his system. The match against Southampton saw a dramatic turnaround with Amad Diallo scoring a hat-trick in just 12 minutes to secure the victory.

Despite recent ups and downs, Amorim emphasized the need for consistency and improvement as United currently sit in 12th place in the Premier League table. He acknowledged the challenges ahead, especially with limited time for training due to FA Cup and Europa League commitments.

Amorim also addressed player fatigue, particularly highlighting the performances of Manuel Ugarte and Bruno Fernandes. The manager emphasized the demanding nature of the Premier League and the need to manage player workload effectively.

In terms of team news, Diogo Dalot is back from suspension for Manchester United, while Mason Mount and Luke Shaw remain sidelined with injuries. Brighton will be without James Milner and Ferdi Kadioglu due to injuries, but Georginio Rutter could feature after a goal-scoring appearance in their last match.

Brighton will be aiming to make history by becoming only the second team to win three consecutive away matches against Manchester United in the Premier League. The Seagulls have a positive record against the Red Devils, winning five of their last six meetings.

Overall, both teams will be looking to secure a crucial victory in this important Premier League clash.
