A company in Gurugram is offering paid leave to its employees to visit the Mahakumbh. Baby & Mom Retail, a babycare firm, is encouraging its employees to attend the Mahakumbh, calling it an opportunity for reflection and renewal. Founder and CEO Shish Kharesiya believes that it is important for the team to experience such moments without worrying about work commitments, as they consider themselves a family. Supporting employees in cherishing these moments is part of the company’s ethos.

In a surprising move on Valentine’s Day, Honasa Consumer Ltd, the company behind brands like Mamaearth, introduced a ‘Couples Welcome’ policy that challenges the traditional belief of keeping personal relationships separate from the professional environment. Co-founders Ghazal and Varun Alagh, a couple who started Mamaearth together, believe in normalizing and recognizing the value of professional partnerships between couples by encouraging them to work together.

Hilton has announced a partnership with the Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO) to provide meaningful career opportunities for retired Army personnel and their families in the hospitality sector. AWPO operates multiple regional offices and placement centers across India, actively helping veterans and their families find additional employment opportunities.
