New Delhi: This year’s Christmas was particularly meaningful for Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif as she marked the holiday with her son. For the first time since becoming a mother, Kaif shared a post on Instagram showcasing this joyous occasion with her husband, actor Vicky Kaushal.
Katrina welcomed her baby boy on November 7, and the couple has not yet disclosed their son’s name.
In a recent Instagram post, Katrina shared a heartwarming image taken at her Mumbai residence. The photo features her with Vicky Kaushal, his brother Sunny Kaushal, and her brother Sebastian Laurent Michel, all smiling together in front of a Christmas tree. Katrina is dressed in a deep red dress, resting her hand on Vicky’s shoulder as he strikes a playful pose in glasses. The mood in the photo reflects a joyful family celebration.
Earlier this year, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif announced the birth of their son through a heartfelt message stating, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our son.” The news garnered congratulations from numerous celebrities, including Priyanka Chopra, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Karan Johar.
Vicky and Katrina were married on December 9, 2021, in a private ceremony at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan. The couple maintained a private relationship until post-marriage. In a recent interview with GQ India, Vicky described fatherhood as a “grounding experience,” noting that every day brings new feelings that are challenging to articulate.
In terms of professional endeavors, Vicky Kaushal was recently featured in the film Chhaava, which has gained significant box office success, grossing Rs 807 crore worldwide. He is set to appear next in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Katrina’s last film was Merry Christmas.
