Israeli forces have killed 53 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and demolished 16 buildings, including three residential towers, as part of a continued offensive targeting northern Gaza City. Medics report that at least 35 of the fatalities occurred in Gaza City. Additionally, two Palestinians have died from malnutrition, raising the hunger-related death toll to 422 since the onset of the conflict. The Israeli military has marked several civilian structures as targets, prompting widespread condemnation from the Government Media Office in Gaza, which asserts that the bombings are indiscriminate and primarily affect civilian areas such as schools, mosques, and medical facilities. Amidst escalating violence, tens of thousands have been forced to flee, with humanitarian conditions deteriorating rapidly. UNICEF has noted that no location in Gaza is considered safe, reflecting the dire situation faced by displaced families in the region.
