2. Portion control: I follow a vegetarian diet, largely Gujarati. Meals are balanced, at regular intervals to maintain energy. Portion control is key; I avoid processed foods and excessive sweets. I keep fruits and nuts handy – for a quick burst of energy needed during busy days.

3. Moderation: My fitness regimen includes regular jogging and swimming. It keeps me moving, even if it’s not demanding. I prefer early morning workouts – 5-6 days a week. Moderation is central to my fitness – whether in diet, exercise, or strategy – sustainable practices ensure long-term success without burnout.

4. Tabla: I love to read and play the Tabla, which brings a sense of calm. Spiritual songs bring inner peace, while old Hindi classics are refreshing – both help unwind and reset.

5. Light meals: My day ends at 10:30 p.m. Dinner is light and home-cooked, though on occasions, I indulge in delicacies.
