Cholamandalam Investment Plans 7-Year Bond Issuance, Say Financial Analysts

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company plans to raise 10 billion rupees ($112.13 million), which includes 5 billion rupees of a greenshoe option through sale of subordinated bonds maturing in seven years, three bankers said on Monday.

It will pay a coupon of 8.40%, and has invited commitment bids for the issue later in the day, they said. The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
