Chennai Metro Asset Management Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle established in partnership between Chennai Metro Rail Limited and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), has recently finalized a contract to construct the Chennai Central Tower.

The project, which has been awarded to Renaatus Projects Private Limited, is estimated to cost ₹350 crore, excluding GST. A Letter of Acceptance for the project was issued on December 12, according to an official release.

Situated in close proximity to the Chennai Central Railway Station, the proposed 27-story tower will feature seamless connectivity, state-of-the-art amenities, and sustainability initiatives. It aims to provide diverse spaces catering to business, leisure, and hospitality needs, the release noted.
