Baazar Style Retail Ltd (BSRL), a rapidly growing value fashion retailer based in Kolkata, is targeting a price of ₹331. Currently, the stock is trading at ₹219.10.

BSRL has established a strong presence in Eastern India with 199 stores across 9 States and 170 cities as of Q3-FY25, covering approximately 1.8 million sq ft. The company’s focus is on tier 3 and smaller cities.

Operating under the ‘Style Baazar’ brand, BSRL has gained a significant market share in key States like West Bengal, Odisha, and Assam through its cluster-based expansion approach. Targeting India’s middle class, BSRL provides a family-friendly shopping experience with amenities such as air-conditioned stores, fitting rooms, and affordable yet quality products.

The company has developed 10 private-label brands, which account for about 44 per cent of total revenue in 9MFY25. To strengthen its presence in core markets and venture into high-growth regions, BSRL aims to open 45-60 stores annually over the next 2-3 years. It has also implemented a competitive pricing strategy for its private-label brands to attract more customers, with plans to gradually adjust margins. This strategy is anticipated to boost brand recognition, enhance conversion rates, and foster customer engagement, further solidifying BSRL’s leadership in the value fashion sector.
