Aarvee Engineering Consultants Submits DRHP to SEBI for Upcoming IPO

Aarvee Engineering Consultants, an infrastructure consultancy based in Hyderabad, has submitted its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) with the aim of raising capital through an initial public offering (IPO).

The proposed IPO consists of a fresh issuance of equity shares worth up to ₹202.5 crore, alongside an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 67.5 lakh equity shares by Venkatachala Chakrapani Redla, the promoter and selling shareholder. The company’s promoters are Venkatachala Chakrapani Redla and Sneha Redla.

In the fiscal year 2025, Aarvee Engineering reported revenue from operations totaling ₹567 crore, with a profit after tax (PAT) amounting to ₹51 crore.
