Lenskart Solutions has reached new heights in the stock market, reporting a notable 7% surge and hitting a 52-week high following a significant rise in its consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27. In a remarkable financial update, Lenskart reported a consolidated net profit of ₹221.84 crore for the April-June period, a substantial increase from the previous financial year. Lenskart’s board has approved the increase of its equity stake in the Chinese joint venture, Baofeng Framekart Technology Ltd, from 51% to 70%. This move is valued at approximately RMB 7.5 million, or ₹10.6 crore, indicating the company’s commitment to enhancing its international market footprint. Additionally, new subsidiaries OWNDAYS Korea and Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co., Ltd have been established to further bolster operations in South Korea and China, respectively.

Meanwhile, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs have also retained their positive ratings, with target prices of ₹666 and ₹715 respectively, highlighting the noteworthy performance in the international market and the increasing operational margins. Despite the bullish outlook, HSBC has remained conservative, maintaining a hold rating with a target of ₹575, indicating a cautious stance while acknowledging the strong quarter performance.
