Mitchell Starc emerged as the standout bowler for Delhi, claiming four wickets. Lungi Ngidi and Madhav Tiwari each took two wickets.
In response, Delhi Capitals began their chase with openers Abishek Porel and KL Rahul, scoring 51 and 56 runs, respectively. Axar finished unbeaten on 34 runs off 18 balls, while Ashutosh contributed 18 runs off just five deliveries.
Despite a spirited effort from the Royals, including two wickets each from Jofra Archer and Brijesh Sharma, the effort fell short. Delhi Capitals secured a five-wicket victory, keeping their playoff hopes alive.
