Solar solutions provider Saatvik Green Energy announced on Wednesday that it, along with its subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries Pvt Ltd, has secured orders totaling ₹689.47 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

Of the total, ₹50.62 crore in orders was received directly by Saatvik Green Energy Limited, with a scheduled execution by November 2025. The remaining ₹638.85 crore in orders has been awarded to its subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries, targeted for completion by June 2026.

According to a company statement, Saatvik Green Energy Ltd, recognized as one of India’s leading integrated solar-energy solutions providers, has accepted these new orders for high-efficiency solar PV modules from various reputable Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) developers across the country.

Prashant Mathur, CEO of Saatvik Green Energy, commented, “The cumulative order value of nearly ₹690 crore further strengthens our revenue visibility and underscores the confidence of our long-term partners.”

Saatvik Green Energy Limited is engaged in manufacturing high-efficiency PV modules and providing EPC services for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial projects. As of June 30, 2025, the company operates with a module capacity of 3.8 GW, with an additional 1 GW expansion underway in Ambala, Haryana. Additionally, the company is establishing a greenfield facility in Odisha that will feature 4 GW of module and 4.8 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity.
