Mihir Jain, Sales and Marketing Director of Insight Cosmetics, Shares His Daily Routine for Wellness

Mihir Jain begins his day at 8 a.m. with a brief meditation session, which is followed by an hour-long workout. His breakfast typically consists of light and healthy options such as fruits, nuts, or a traditional Indian meal.

In terms of diet, Jain prioritizes home-cooked meals, focusing on seasonal vegetables, dals, and whole grains while steering clear of processed foods and excess sugar. He allows himself occasional indulgences, particularly on weekends, but aims to practice mindful eating throughout the week.

For fitness, Jain follows a structured regimen that includes workouts four times a week. His routine incorporates cardio to enhance stamina and yoga for improved flexibility and mind-body balance.

To unwind, Jain spends quality time with his family, reads, and listens to soothing music. Evening walks and meaningful conversations are integral parts of his relaxation routine, along with mindfulness and meditation practices.

In the evenings, Jain favors serene moments, enjoying a light meal such as overnight oats with chia seeds. He minimizes screen time and engages with non-fiction literature, including works like Cold Steel by Tim Bouquet and Byron Qusey. Additionally, he finds comfort in listening to old Bollywood songs to help him relax before bedtime.

This lifestyle, marked by balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and mindful practices, reflects Jain’s commitment to wellness amidst his professional responsibilities.
