Rohan Mehta, CEO and founder of FCB Kinnect, shares his daily routine and tips for staying fit and active:

  1. Fitness Routine: Mehta starts his day with breathwork, yoga, running, or a gym session. He particularly enjoys resistance training for both physical fitness and mental sharpness.

  2. Mental Reset: Despite Mumbai traffic, Mehta uses it as an opportunity to meditate and set three key intentions for the day. This helps him stay proactive instead of reactive.

  3. Adventure: Mehta is a certified diver and loves monsoon treks. While parenthood has limited impromptu getaways, he still finds time for thrilling activities like jet skiing and paragliding. He looks forward to skiing with his kids in the future.

  4. Prioritization: Mehta follows the principle of ‘big rocks, pebbles, sand, water’ in prioritizing tasks. He focuses on getting the fundamentals right such as diet, exercise, and sleep before delving into finer details like macros.

  5. Stress Relief: Spending time with his kids is Mehta’s ultimate stress buster. He emphasizes the importance of movement on weekends through activities like swimming or playing games with his children.

Mehta’s daily routine reflects a balance of fitness, mental well-being, and adventure, showcasing his dedication to leading a healthy and active lifestyle.
