Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India’s rapidly expanding mid-scale and premium hotel chain, has announced the signing of its latest property, the Lemon Tree Hotel in Gandhidham. This hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, further extending the company’s footprint in Gujarat and catering to both religious and leisure travelers seeking a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience.

Keystone Realtors Limited plans to conduct an Offer for Sale (OFS) on October 15-16. Three promoters will offer up to 4,576,000 equity shares, constituting 3.63 percent of the company’s total equity, at a floor price of ₹550 per share. The OFS aligns with minimum public shareholding requirements. Non-retail investors can submit bids on October 15, while retail investors can participate on October 16.

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited has temporarily suspended operations at its Hiriyur plant in Karnataka starting October 14 for approximately 40 days to undertake routine maintenance and repair activities.

Highway Infrastructure, an integrated infrastructure development and management company, has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract involves the operation of user fee collection and maintenance of facilities on a section of the eight-lane Access Controlled Expressway between Laban Village (Bundi District) and Gopalpura Village (Kota District), Rajasthan, covering kilometers 337.171 to 417.810 under packages 12 to 14 of the Delhi-Vadodara Expressway (DVE).

Carraro India Limited, a Tier-I solution provider for axles, transmission systems, and related components, announced a key engineering services contract for the detailed feasibility and industrialization of E-Transaxles for electric-powered agricultural tractors. This agreement, valued at ₹17.50 crore, is with TI Clean Mobility Private Ltd – Montra Electric, positioning Carraro as a significant technology supplier for the Indian tractor industry.

Realty firm Anant Raj Ltd has successfully raised ₹1,100 crore through equity share sales to institutional investors. The Finance and Investment Committee of the board approved the issuance and allotment of 16,616,314 equity shares at an issue price of ₹662 each, totaling ₹1,100 crore. The Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue launched on October 7 and concluded on October 13.

DCM Shriram Ltd has commissioned its Epichlorohydrin (ECH) plant with a capacity of 35,000 tonnes per annum at its chemical complex in Jhagadia, Bharuch district, Gujarat. The commissioning occurred on October 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM, with plans to bring an additional 17,000 TPA capacity online shortly.

Ola Electric is set to enter the energy storage market, projected to exceed USD 30 billion by 2030. Chairman and Managing Director Bhavish Aggarwal hinted at a significant announcement on October 17 regarding the company’s expansion beyond its core electric vehicle business.

QRG Investments and Holdings divested nearly 3.4 percent of its stake in co-working solutions platform Awfis Space Solutions for ₹141 crore through an open market transaction. According to bulk deal data from the NSE, QRG sold 2,407,000 equity shares, constituting a 3.37 percent stake in Awfis.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has granted in-principle approval for mining conglomerate Vedanta’s proposal to acquire the debt-ridden Jaiprakash Associates, contingent upon winning the ongoing insolvency bid. Other cleared proposals include those from Naveen Jindal-led Jindal Power, PNC Infratech, Adani Group, and Dalmia Bharat.

Zomato has joined a coalition of major food and grocery delivery platforms aimed at promoting the adoption of zero-emission two- and three-wheeler vehicles globally. The Deliver-E Coalition, supported by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), was announced in Dubai, with founding members including Delivery Hero, DoorDash, iFood, Mr D, Swiggy, Uber, and Wolt.

Borana Weaves Ltd has begun operations with an additional 48 looms at Unit 4 ahead of the planned December schedule. The project, with a total capital expenditure of ₹71.35 crore and funded entirely through IPO proceeds, now includes 348 state-of-the-art water jet looms, all operational and achieving the designed production capacity of 112.75 million meters per annum.

Vitizen Hotels Limited, a subsidiary of Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd, has signed a long-term lease agreement for a hotel property located in Nashik, consisting of approximately 24 keys. The hotel is expected to begin operations in February 2026, which will enhance the company’s consolidated revenue.

TCC Concept Ltd’s board has approved the acquisition of Pepperfry Ltd, India’s leading omnichannel furniture and home goods platform, in a 100 percent share swap deal under terms agreed upon in definitive agreements. The proposed acquisition, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, aims to advance TCC’s strategy of developing technology-enabled consumer platforms with scaled digital marketplaces and strong brand recognition.
