Sammir Dattani, Executive Director of Sanathan Textiles, emphasizes the importance of resilience in both personal and professional life. His day begins at 7:30 AM with a glass of warm water, followed by yoga and stretching exercises. Dattani credits his experience in sports, particularly rollerblading, which he practiced for nearly a decade starting at the age of eight, for instilling discipline, consistency, and resilience in him. These qualities, he notes, guide him in his business endeavors and overall life.

Regarding nutrition, Dattani advocates for a balanced diet comprising three meals a day, while allowing himself the occasional treat in moderation. He highlights the necessity of regular exercise, stating that gym sessions are integral to his routine. He focuses on strength training and endurance workouts, which not only enhance his physical fitness but also provide mental clarity and energy to manage a demanding schedule.

In addition to gym workouts, Dattani practices yoga two to three times a week to enhance flexibility and recovery, while providing a momentary escape from daily pressures. He also returns to his roots in rollerblading and enjoys activities like padel and skiing, all of which foster agility, competitiveness, and enjoyment.
