The upcoming Auto Expo is set to feature the largest number of vehicle manufacturers in its history, with 34 participants confirmed for this year’s event. Organized by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the 17th edition of Auto Expo, titled ‘The Motor Show’, will take place from January 17 to 22 at Bharat Mandapam. This event is part of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 and is being conducted in collaboration with the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

SIAM’s Director General, Rajesh Menon, noted, “This marks the highest level of participation we have ever seen at the event.” Participating manufacturers include major names like Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Hyundai Motor India, Kia Motor India, JSW MG Motor, and Skoda Auto Volkswagen India.

Luxury vehicle manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes, Porsche India, and BYD will also showcase their offerings at the expo. In the two-wheeler category, notable participants include TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Suzuki Motorcycle, and Yamaha India.

The commercial vehicle sector will be represented by firms like Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Ashok Leyland, JBM, and Cummins India. Additionally, several electric vehicle manufacturers, including Ather Energy, TI Clean Mobility, Eka Mobility, Ola Electric, and Vinfast, will be part of the event.

This year’s Auto Expo will introduce thematic pavilions focusing on crucial areas such as decarbonization, circularity, electrification, and road safety. The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 will occur concurrently at Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Center) in Dwarka, and at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida.

The previous edition of the Auto Expo took place from January 11 to January 18, 2023, at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, while the inaugural Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 occurred from February 1 to 3.
