Devansh Trademart LLP, a promoter of Gujarat Fluorochemicals, divested a 1.18 percent stake in the company for ₹460 crore through an open market transaction on Wednesday. Following this sale, its holding in Gujarat Fluorochemicals has decreased from 4.84 percent to 3.66 percent. The overall promoters’ stake has also declined, from 62.58 percent to 61.4 percent.
SBI Mutual Fund acquired 10,73,424 shares, representing a 2.85 percent stake in Pitti Engineering, for approximately ₹102 crore. These shares were purchased at an average price of ₹950.10.
Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has leased 5.57 lakh sq ft of office space in Mumbai to establish a significant center in response to the rising demand for flexible managed workspaces from corporations. The company announced the signing of a lease for over 5,57,000 sq ft at Intellion Park, Navi Mumbai, a project by Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd. This site will be Smartworks’ largest managed office campus in Mumbai, and the company’s total leased portfolio in the city has now surpassed 10 lakh sq ft.
Dreamfolks Services has ceased its domestic airport lounge services amid various challenges, leading to a nearly 5 percent drop in its share price on Wednesday. The company stated, “The services of domestic airport lounges have been discontinued to our clients, effective today. The impact of the same is material,” but confirmed that other domestic services and its global lounge business will continue as normal.
Rajendra Lodha, a former director of Lodha Developers (previously known as Macrotech Developers), was arrested for allegedly defrauding the firm of ₹85 crore. His resignation followed an ethics review, and he is accused of fraudulent land transactions. He is currently in police custody until September 23, as investigations proceed.
