Shares of Euro Pratik Sales Ltd, a prominent company specializing in decorative wall panels, experienced a decline to ₹252 intraday after a robust market debut, compared to the IPO price of ₹247.
On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the stock opened at ₹273.45, marking a 10.7 percent increase from the issue price, while on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), it listed at ₹272.10, reflecting a gain of 10.16 percent. Throughout the trading session, the stock fluctuated between ₹250.55 and ₹279.55 on the BSE and was trading at ₹252.50 at 1:04 PM, nearly 8 percent below the listing price. The NSE also reported a trading price of ₹252.50 at that time.
The company’s market capitalization stood at ₹2,580.55 crore. The IPO, amounting to ₹451.32 crore, was subscribed 1.34 times by the close of the bidding period. This public offering was entirely an offer-for-sale by the promoters, with no fresh shares issued. The price band for the shares was set at ₹235 to ₹247. Ahead of the IPO, Euro Pratik secured ₹135 crore from anchor investors, with Axis Capital and DAM Capital Advisors serving as the book-running lead managers.
