With over 20 years of experience, including 17 years at IGT Solutions, Anmol has successfully managed numerous infrastructure modernization and digital contact center projects across APAC, Europe, Africa, and LATAM. His extensive global exposure has provided him with a profound understanding of diverse markets and operational challenges, allowing him to develop tailored IT strategies and cutting-edge digital solutions.
Anmol’s expertise encompasses cloud migration, omnichannel contact center solutions, AI-driven process improvements, and information security.
