Kia has launched the new generation of its Seltos SUV in India, describing the updated model as both more stylish and practical. The latest Seltos exhibits considerable growth in size, including an increase in length, width, and wheelbase.
The SUV will be available in ten single-tone colors, featuring two new shades, and will be offered in four base trims: HTE, HTK, HTX, and GTX. Bookings will commence tonight at midnight with an initial payment of ₹25,000, and deliveries are set to begin in mid-January. The final pricing will be revealed on January 2.
Next-generation Kia Seltos: Exterior
The new Kia Seltos has experienced growth, measuring 95 mm longer and 30 mm wider, with a wheelbase extension of 80 mm.

- A redesigned front end dubbed the “Digital Tiger Face.”
- A black high-gloss grille enhanced by dark gunmetal accents.
- Ice Cube LED headlamps featuring a dynamic welcome function.
- Star Map LED daytime running lights integrated with turn signals and LED fog lamps.

- An integrated rear spoiler that conceals the rear wiper.
- 18-inch alloy wheels and automatic flush door handles.

- A 30-inch Trinity Panoramic Display Panel that integrates the driver information display, infotainment screen, and climate controls.
- A 10-way adjustable driver seat that includes power lumbar support and memory function synchronized with the ORVM settings.
- Comfort features such as ventilated front seats, a double D-cut steering wheel, a wireless charger, and an 8-speaker Bose sound system.
- Rear seating arrangement with 60:40 split rear seats and reclining adjustments with sunshade curtains.

The new Seltos enhances its safety and technology provisions:
- Standard safety features include six airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Hill Start Assist Control (HAC), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), roll-over sensor, all-wheel disc brakes, auto light control, and Rear Occupant Alert.
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Level 2+ includes 28 autonomous safety features such as Front Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Assist, Navigation-Based Smart Cruise Control, and Highway Driving Assist.
- Additional technology includes Smart Key proximity unlock, a windshield projection Head-Up Display, and an Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold.
- Connectivity features consist of 91 connected car functionalities and support for over-the-air (OTA) updates post-purchase.
