Honasa Consumer Limited has entered the prestige skincare market with the launch of Luminéve, a night-specific skincare brand, exclusively available on Nykaa. This launch represents the company’s move into the premium beauty sector, with products priced between ₹1,499 and ₹1,799.

Luminéve’s product offerings focus on the skin’s circadian rhythm and its nocturnal repair processes. The brand has introduced night moisturizers tailored for six different skin types, as well as overnight serums that leverage liposomal technology to incorporate active ingredients such as Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Retinol, and Salicylic Acid. The formulations are based on the company’s Advanced NightRenew Complex, which contains collagen, peptides, niacinamide, polyglutamic acid, and various botanical extracts designed for time-release delivery.

Ghazal Alagh, co-founder and chief innovation officer at Honasa, emphasized the brand’s focus on nighttime skin biology. She pointed out that the skin functions differently at night, transitioning from a defense mode during the day to one of repair and regeneration, which increases its capacity for absorption and moisture retention.

The development of these products involved Honasa’s internal research and development team collaborating with Korean formulation specialists and international dermatologists, with particular care taken to address the needs of Indian skin types. Honasa’s portfolio includes brands such as Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, and Bblunt, which are distributed across over 100,000 retail locations in more than 700 districts throughout India.

As of 10:25 AM on November 11, 2025, shares of Honasa Consumer Limited were trading flat at ₹274.40 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
