Prudent Corporate Advisory Services, a prominent player in wealth management and mutual fund distribution, has announced the issuance of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) worth ₹35 crore to 390 employees across various departments. The initiative includes the allocation of 130,945 shares priced at ₹2,632 each.

With a workforce of 786 employees in junior management and above, this program offers an opportunity for roughly half of the eligible employees to participate in the company’s growth trajectory. This initiative stands out as one of the most extensive employee ownership programs within the industry.

Through the ESOP program, Prudent aims to acknowledge the contributions of its employees and transform them into genuine partners in the company’s success. Sanjay Shah, Managing Director of Prudent Corporate, emphasized that the mutual fund industry is currently experiencing robust growth and that the company intends for its employees to benefit as co-owners throughout this period.

“Our employees are at the heart of everything we’ve built at Prudent. ESOPs are about growing together and creating long-term value for everyone who has been part of the Prudent story,” Shah remarked. He noted that the opportunities ahead are substantial, with expectations that the coming years will be transformative for the industry.

The announcement was published on October 11, 2025.
