Automobile stocks are expected to draw significant attention following their sales figures for September. Notable companies such as Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), and Hyundai Motors India reported strong sales, with both the two-wheeler and passenger vehicle segments demonstrating robust growth.

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has announced the opening of its latest establishment, Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati. The hotel features 111 well-appointed rooms and suites, accompanied by the Citrus Café—offering multi-cuisine dining—a recreational bar named Slounge, a Pool Bar & Grill, banquet facilities, a spa, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.

BLS UK Hotels Ltd, a step-down subsidiary of BLS International Services Ltd, has obtained 100% share capital of Trefeddian Hotel (Aberdovey) Limited, a company established under the laws of England and Wales. This acquisition aligns with BLS’s strategic goal of diversifying its service offerings, expanding its portfolio, increasing revenue streams, and establishing sustainable growth.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals received a Letter of Award from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of off-grid DC and AC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme. The project, known as the PM Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana in Madhya Pradesh, has an approximate order value of ₹4.75 crore, excluding GST.

United Spirits Ltd has informed exchanges that the Bombay High Court has annulled ₹443 crore in water charge demands made by Maharashtra’s Water Resources Department. The court has mandated a reassessment of the charges dating back to November 2018 and has instructed the company to make an interim payment of ₹66.5 crore.

Linc Ltd, a prominent Indian manufacturer of writing instruments, has launched operations in partnership with Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd, Tokyo. This new joint venture, Uni Linc India Print Ltd, signifies a significant advancement in the Indian writing instruments market.

TBO Tek Ltd, headquartered in Gurugram, has successfully completed the acquisition of US-based Classic Vacations from the Phoenix-based investment firm The Najafi Companies for $125 million, including closing adjustments. This acquisition follows a definitive agreement announced on September 2, 2025.

Electronics Bazaar BLC, a subsidiary of Electronics Bazaar (FZC), has finalized a Facility Lease Agreement with the Free Zones Authority in Ajman; the agreement was fully executed on October 1, 2025, for leasing facility premises.

Aditya Birla Real Estate (formerly Century Textiles and Industries Limited) has signed a Deed of Assignment for its leasehold rights on land totaling 4,22,778.84 sq. mt. (approximately 104.47 acres) located in Jhagadia Industrial Area/Estate, Gujarat. The total consideration for this lease transfer to UltraTech Cement Limited is ₹93.01 crore.

Synbiotics Ltd, a subsidiary of Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Ltd, which specializes in fermentation-based Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, including one of the few Amphotericin B facilities globally, has successfully passed six consecutive USFDA inspections for GMP compliance without any regulatory action. The most recent inspection took place in April 2025 under the API Process Inspection program.

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd continues to face a revenue slowdown. The company anticipates that revenues for Q2 of FY2025-26 will be slightly lower than those for Q1 of FY2025-26, impacted by U.S. tariffs on exports, which have led to delayed orders as customers scrutinize tariff developments.
